Image & Video Policy
Carina Beauty Clinic is committed to transparency, authenticity, and full respect for our clients' image privacy. This policy sets out the principles for collecting, using, and protecting images across all of our media platforms.
1. Our Commitment on Images
All images and videos published on Carina Beauty Clinic's official media channels (including the Website, Fanpage, TikTok, YouTube, etc.) — before/after treatment photos, images of doctors during consultations, and treatment procedures — are genuine clinical results from Carina.
2. Principles of Privacy and Client Consent
Carina Beauty Clinic understands that dermatological images and likeness are extremely sensitive personal information. We therefore operate on the following principles:
- Consent required: We only capture, store, or use your images with your confirmed consent.
- Optional anonymity: You may choose to have your eyes or other identifying facial features blurred if you only wish to contribute images of the treated skin area for medical record-keeping or clinical research purposes.
3. Purpose of Using Images
Your images will only be used for the following legitimate purposes:
- Clinical Record-Keeping: Helping doctors accurately track recovery progress and treatment effectiveness across sessions.
- Professional Reference & Education: Serving as illustrative material to help new clients better understand skin conditions and real treatment outcomes.
- Communications: Publishing on Carina Beauty Clinic's official channels to showcase our doctors' expertise and the clinic's technology.
4. Protecting Carina Beauty Clinic's Image Copyright
All images, graphic designs, and video clips published on the website and media channels are the intellectual property of Carina Beauty Clinic:
Copying, downloading, editing, or reusing Carina's images for commercial purposes without prior written consent constitutes a serious copyright infringement.
We will proactively pursue legal measures to protect the clinic's images and clients' likeness from being impersonated or used without authorization by other parties.
